The objective of the project is the development of a software that allows the monitoring of processes related to 3D printing to agricultural machinery manufacturers.
The solution is divided into two parts. We believe that every objective of a good program should be good for optimizing productive processes, making them more efficient, that is, reducing relational management costs or increasing the production and / or analysis of the information a business, using algorithms and artificial intelligence, to be able to make decisions in a more correct way.
Therefore, the software solution covers these two needs, first of all:
1. Logistics optimization of production processes. A solution to optimize the logistics of impressions: control the queues of impressions generated, control multiple machines, start up of possible hardware, control of material of feeding, monitoring of the impression, control of the variable costs of the piece as well as financial analysis associated with production costs.
2. Analysis of the Databases of impressions and application of artificial intelligence. The other solution is directly applied to the G-Code image, optimizing the print time, the material and the material used for the piece in question.
Define appropriate design variables and study their influence on the overall performance of the software
To define reference variables that allow to describe and characterize the software and its performance, thus comparing its application versus different sectors
Design a simple, versatile system, trying to minimize the costs in its design and operation, but without detriment to a good operation.
