MONOGRAPHIC ON OPERATIVE GROUPS

The Ministry of Agricultura of Catalonia ,DARP has allocated more than 15 Million Euros between 2015 and 2018, and the Ministry of Agriuclture of Spain, MAPA more than 45 million in financing of Innovation Projects in the agricultural sector.
On April 11, a Conference was organized to explain the measure of Cooperation for Innovation that is materialized through the aid for the creation and operation of Operational Groups as the main tool of the European Association for Innovation agrarian (EIP-Agri). This is a public financing instrument that companies and members of the Cluster can benefit from, such as outsourced companies from the Operational Groups.
Jaume Sió, Deputy Director General of Food and Agriculture Transfer and Innovation of the General Directorate of Food, Quality and Food Industry (DARP), made an introduction to the Program managed by the Deparatment d’Agricultura, and reviewed at 4 Years of history of the line, with examples of Porjectes. Mr. Carlos Garrido, Project and Project Coordinator of the General Subdirectorate for Innovation and Digitalization of the General Directorate of Development, Innovation and Forestry Policy (MAPA) explained the next call and the eligibility criteria for participating in the level supra-autotomic, as well as budget allocations. There was also a practical example of CODORNIU’s project in its experience with the VINECO Operational Group, introduced by Daniel Garcia.
For 2019, the order of the 2019 call is forssen by June, regarding the DARP, with a budgetary allocation of around 2.5 million euros. With regard to the Supra Autonomic Groups, phase 16.2 has been completed for the execution of projects, and due, among other reasons, to the elections, it is not foreseen that the line for the creation of Groups (Phase 16.1 )
