The Cluster

The Catalan cluster of agricultural production means -FEMAC, is a private non-profit entity that brings together the main Catalan companies, technology centers, universities and knowledge agents who work together to promote the competitiveness, innovation and sustainability of the agricultural machinery and means of production sector. Founded in 1997, the cluster has more than 84 members and acts as a driving force for transformation, promoting collaborative projects and strategies oriented towards agriculture 4.0 and the digitalization of the agricultural sector.

The agricultural means of production sector is the first link in the agri-food value chain, it is necessary to cooperate and establish bridges. Everything starts with us.

Our strategy

FEMAC's strategy marks the road map that guides the cluster's activity for the coming years. It is aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of companies in the sector, promoting collaborative innovation and promoting the digital and sustainable transformation of the agri-food value chain.

This strategic document is drawn up in a participatory way, with the active contribution of the partners, and is aligned with the European, national and regional objectives in terms of industrial development, ecological transition and digitization.
