The cluster of machinery and means of agricultural production in Catalonia FEMAC celebrated the 11th Strategic Immersion on June 20 and 21 in Tavscan in the Pyrenees of Lleida, a reference event for the companies and members of the cluster.
This year's edition began on Thursday, June 20 at 12:00, with the celebration of the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assembly to approve the accounts and results of the 2023 financial year, and the budget for 2024 .

The XI Strategic Immersion program included conferences, round tables and practical workshops, with the participation of Mrs. Sarai Sarroca, Director of the Meteorological Service of Catalonia, who explained to us how climate change had made the last two years the warmest in Catalonia since 1950. Despite this, we were left with a positive message about the intensity of the rains of this spring and the good forecast for September. One of the highlights of the event was the TEAM BUILDING day, organized once again by Iolo Planet. Those attending the Immersion, divided into groups, worked on the concepts of Strategy, Innovation, Talent and generational relief and embodied their results in murals with graffiti art. This dynamic allowed the partners to express their creativity and their vision of the world through colors, shapes and unique designs that turned out to be the most fun.
The president of FEMAC, Josep R. Pons, highlighted the importance of Strategic Immersion as a platform to promote dialogue and cooperation between the different players in the sector. "Our mission is to promote the competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural production media in Catalonia and beyond. This event is a unique opportunity to share knowledge, explore new ideas and build the future of our industry," he said.
On Friday after a good breakfast, we started an excursion to the Plan de Bohavi.
